Watch the video on a Brief History of Technology and write one paragraph on your reaction to this video. How do you feel about using technology in your classroom and what ways can you use technology?
My response:
I thought this video was great. I think it showed how technology has changed over time. Technology has many great benefits in our classroom. I think it is important to use technology because the students can interact. It also gives them an opportunity to learn all the great uses of technology. I plan to use smart boards in my classroom. I love how you can have your students interact and also gives them visual of what you are teaching. I also like blogs in the classroom. Blogs are a great tool to use because it gives students a chance to show off their work and communicate with others.

I think this is a good assignment because you should not be able to leave EDM310 without being able to answer those questions. I definitely plan to use blogs in my classroom as well. We can have our classes collaborate!! =)
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer! I think this assignment is great. I really enjoyed the video. I hope to be able to use SMARTboards in my classroom as well and I also hope to have a class blog! Using technology in the classroom is a great way to get kids excited about learning. Good luck in the rest of the semester!

ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer! This is a great video and definitely something we need to know when taking this class and for our future classrooms. I plan on using SmartBoards as well. They are great to teach from and also a great center for kids to use. They grab the students attention way more than a textbook would and keeps them involved. Great job!
